First, thanks for visiting! A brief intro on my part: To begin, my name is Matheo! I’ve been involved with the fitness industry for the last 6 years. Fitness first became very important to me when I joined the Marines in 2003. I quickly learned that being physically fit was a very important aspect of living. It plays an important role in our day-to-day lives! Whether you’re a Marine or a stay at home mom, being able to keep up with life's demands is a paramount part of living. After getting out of the Marines in 2007 and becoming NASM certified, I began training out of Ballys and later 24Hour Fitness! My clientele ranged from the elderly to high school athletes and even competitive figure contestants! I have vast experience with all walks of life, including competing and training locally in many NPC Bodybuilding competitions. I decided to leave the "corporate" training atmosphere and get on board with the personal side! I feel training independently gives me the opportunity to form better relationships with my clients and affords them a lot more flexibility and customization with their training. It allows me to play a more in depth role with my clients and cater to their needs in a more specific manner. Together we will crush your goals with an individually tailored resistance and cardio program that will have you leaving knowing you put your time in at the gym! -Basic Nutrtion Program- $150.00
-Custom tailored to meet your needs/goals
-Includes a 4 week period where i adjust macro nutrients and caloric intake where needed
-Advanced Nutrtion Program- $200.00
-Same as the basic program, but includes an additional 4 weeks of adjustments.
-Resistance training programs- $100.00
-Specifically designed resistance and cardio training programs custom tailored to meet clients needs/goals
-Sport specific programs- $200-$500
-Custom tailored program aimed towards sport specific athletes. Ranging from Pro MMA fighters to football players to Marathon runners!
-Personal training sessions- $65/Hour
-Including custom tailored nutrition and resistance & cardio program, sold in "packs" of 5 or 10.
-12 week contest prep- $950 for 12 weeks
-Additional 4 week increments available at $316/4weeks
-For bodybuilders/figure competitors. I'm on call for you for 12 weeks! This includes a VERY specific and in depth nutrition program, resistance and cardio program, 10 1 on 1 sessions, posing instruction and having me back stage for you on show day.
