Congratulations to Tracy Simonsen with Paradigm Fitness and Total Package on her competition. Through all of her dedication, training and discipline she was able to come out on top. She took 1st in Class C and the overall. With this victory she was crowned the 2009 NPC Ms. Figure Colorado!
-Upcoming Events-
We are excited to be working with Colorado Pro MMA fighter Vellore Caballero. Currently training for the No-Gi Pan-Am's in New york and a fight sometime in November! Stay tuned for more information!

In my opinion, the most important fundemental in any program. Weather you are trying to shed that unwanted body fat, or gain layers of solid muscle, discipline plays an ever important factor to achieving your goals. This goes hand in hand with consistency! Staying disciplined with your nutrition, resistance training and cardio is essential to making your goals a reality. Here at Paradigm Fitness, we will help instill that discipline through soild coaching and, most importantly, leading by example.
NUTRITION
-Nutrition-
The staple of ANYTHING you do. Nutrition is paramount. No matter how hard and heavy you go with weights, no matter how insane your intensity level is during cardio, everything will not come together without a soild nutrional base. Here at Paradigm Fitness, we will custom tailor a nutrition program for you to not only meet your needs and goals, but seperate you from the masses and put you on the next level!
TRAINING

Time to sweat! This is where discipline and nutrition come together. Together we will crush your goals with an individually tailored resistance and cadio program that will have you leaving knowing you put your time in at the gym! Weather your a Professional Fighter, Bodybuilder, Marathon runner or even just trying to get back into shape, we at Paradigm Fitness can customize a program that will keep you begging for more!!
MOTIVATION
-Motivation-
Perhaps, the hardest element in any training program is the ability to remain motivated. Motivation is the key to keeping you on track with your goals and continue doing so. We, at Paradigm Fitness, strive to keep our clients motivation levels elevated at ALL TIMES! We will help you keep that fire burning and that desire inside!
-SERVICES-
-Basic Nutrtion Program- $150.00
-Custom tailored to meet your needs/goals
-Includes a 4 week period where i adjust macro nutrients and caloric intake where needed
-Advanced Nutrtion Program- $200.00
-Same as the basic program, but includes an additional 4 weeks of adjustments.
-Resistance training programs- $100.00
-Specifically designed resistance and cardio training programs custom tailored to meet clients needs/goals
-Sport specific programs- $200-$500
-Custom tailored program aimed towards sport specific athletes. Ranging from Pro MMA fighters to football players to Marathon runners!
-Personal training sessions- $65/Hour
-Including custom tailored nutrition and resistance & cardio program, sold in "packs" of 5 or 10.
-12 week contest prep- $950 for 12 weeks
-Additional 4 week increments available at $316/4weeks
-For bodybuilders/figure competitors. I'm on call for you for 12 weeks! This includes a VERY specific and in depth nutrition program, resistance and cardio program, 10 1 on 1 sessions, posing instruction and having me back stage for you on show day.
